Felony Charges Brought in Pittsfield Accident

Felony charges are brought against an Otego man who crashed his SUV last month resulting in two deaths. State Police say Shane Santiago was on County Highway 13 when the SUV went off the roadway. 21-year-old Tehya Gonzalez of Bainbridge and 21-year-old Cheyenn Aubry of Treadwell died at the scene. Santiago was apprehended on Tuesday and faces two manslaughter counts. He is being held on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.
