Members of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division arrested two Village of Deposit residents on felony drug possession charges following the execution of a search warrant Tuesday morning at their Marvin Street apartment. Deputies say a search of the apartment led to the seizure of 205 bags of heroin, a number of Alprazolam tablets and $200 U.S. Currency. 45 year old John Coe and 44 year old Debbie Moore, formerly of New Port Richey, Florida, were charged with the class B felony offense of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and one class D felony charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree. Coe and Moore were arraigned in the Town of Colchester Court on Tuesday afternoon and were remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 cash bail pending further court action.
