Delaware County Suspect on Lam for 3 Days Prior to Arrest

The suspect in a Delaware County domestic abuse case managed to evade capture for three days before being found in Stamford. According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office William Joose gave what was described as unwanted physical contact to a victim and broke their phone so they couldn’t call for help. This happened last Friday and Joose left the scene before deputies arrived but they found him at his home on Monday. He faces multiple felony charges.
