Cuomo Opposed To Legalizing Recreational Marijuana

Governor Andrew Cuomo has made it clear that he doesn’t support legalizing recrational marijuana in New York. At an appearance Wednesday Cuomo said he is still against expanding marijuana usage to everyone, suggesting it could lead to further drug usage.

New York has a medical marijuana program that is increasingly expanding to make it easier for those with terminal illnesses and other serious physical ailments to obtain a prescription.
