Cooperstown Central School District students will begin the new year with all distance learning. All Otsego reports that announcement was made Thursday and the district is planning to resume in-person classes on Monday, Oct. 5. At that date K-12 students will be brought back to class two days per week, with the other two days as a meaningful continuation of learning through video-conferencing, remote instruction, projects, and practice.
