“Caring for Community Cats” Orientation is Saturday in Oneonta
Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans, Oneonta’s local animal rescue, will host a Caring for Community Cats orientation on Saturday, June 22, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Huntington Memorial Library.
Do you have stray or feral cats in your community that you want to help but don’t know how?
Come and learn the best practices for taking care of these community cats! We will be covering topics such as TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release), adequate shelter, feeding stations, and more.
The orientation is free although donations are always greatly appreciated.
Super Heroes in Ripped Jeans is primarily volunteer run, working to improve the lives of local cats, dogs and other small animals and their caretakers. They are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit pet rescue registered with the New York State Department of Agriculture.
