Remember the adage "Spring forward, Fall back"?  That of course refers to the two time changes each year when we either turn our clocks forward or back to adjust to either Standard time or Daylight Savings Time.  

Get ready because you'll lose an hour of sleep this Saturday night (overnight March 13-14) but the good news is, Daylight Savings Time is arriving and that means more daylight at the end of each day and Spring will be arriving soon!

It all officially takes place this Sunday, March 14th at 2 a.m. when clocks get turned to 3 a.m.  All you have to do is remember to set your clock forward an hour when you go to bed Saturday night.

Now the only question is, how many clocks do you have reset? In my house I have to reset clocks on the stove, microwave, coffeemaker, one wall clock, a bedroom alarm clock, and one tabletop clock. Not too bad, right?

One other thing to remember, don't forget for safety's sake to change the batteries when you change your clocks on your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors according to  (NFPA).
