Arrest Made in Roxbury Burglary; Felony Charges Filed

An investigation into a Roxbury burglary leads to a man facing multiple felony charges. According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s office the burglary happened April 22 at a Lower Meeker Hollow Road when 24 year-old Charles Dieterich of Grand Gorge took an ATV from the home’s garage. Dieterich was apprehended last Wednesday and remanded to the Delaware County Jail pending further court action. He was on probation in Schoharie County and authorities there say a violation charge will be brought.
