ARC Otsego Presents 16th Annual Voice Art Exhibit

The Arc Otsego’s 16th Annual juried art exhibition of work by artists with intellectual and other developmental disabilities from across New York State opened on Friday but with a twist due to the coronavirus outbreak. The exhibition called “Voice!” was presented online this year with voting for the People’s Choice Award conducted via social media.
