Applications Open for Habitat for Humanity Partner Families

Habitat for Humanity Otsego County is now accepting applications from potential partner families. According to a press release, Otsego County residents who have an interest in living in a Habitat for Humanity home in the future should apply. Families selected to partner will be assisted in completing the steps in purchasing a home, including the application for a low-interest mortgage. It takes about two years from the time an applicant is accepted to the home’s completion. Application criteria include a need for housing, willingness to partner, and income/credit guidelines.
