Anybody Remember Oneonta’s Downtown Urban Renewal?

I love this old photo.

It is long before I ever moved into Oneonta, but I sure have heard about all the pluses and minuses of the big Urban Renewal project of the 1960s and 1970s.  It changed Oneonta forever.  What a great old picture.  And, what a mess Oneontans had to endure during this time period.
