Glass recycling company Andela Products announces it will build a $5 million expansion in Richfield Springs. All Otsego reports the new facility will likely be located on 55 acres south of the village on Route 28 but Andela is looking at three different sites. Employment is expected to increase by 50 percent once the project is finished. Andela recycles then pulverizes glass which is then used in sandblasting.
