And the answer is…..Oneonta!

I was doing my daily crossword puzzle (yes, I do one every day) and a very surprising answer popped up.  The question was:

"City SSW of Cooperstown."

I thought for a minute,  counted out the seven boxes and by golly it fit.  ONEONTA!

Have you ever seen any other local communities listed as a crossword puzzle answer?  I checked with "Crossword Tracker" (they are the Bible for the puzzles) and they show ONEONTA listed more than ten times around the country as a puzzle answer.  Neat, huh?
