Additional Charges For Walton Inmate

Tuesday, Investigators arrested a 30 year old inmate at the Delaware County Correctional Facility. Johnny Uhl was charged with one count each of Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree, a class D Felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, after an incident in which he was allegedly found to possess crack cocaine inside the Delaware County Correctional Facility. Uhl was one of the seven adults arrested on a number of charges after last weeks meth lab bust in Walton.
