69 New Ballots Discovered in Tight Tenney/Brindisi Race
Lawyers for 22nd District Congressional candidates Anthony Brindisi and Claudia Tenney will be in court today over the latest challenge to the results of the November election. The new issue is over 69 affidavit ballots made by newly registered voters in Oneida County whose information was not processed in time to vote on Election Day. Tenney currently holds a lead of just 29 votes. The attorneys will be back in court Jan. 22 for final arguments.
