The 20 dogs rescued last week from a Delaware County home are continuing to recover. Police say they were found at Franklin home in terrible conditions with several suffering significant injuries. Since the Delaware Valley Humane Society didn’t have enough space to take in all the dogs some are at the Susquehanna SPCA while others are at the Broome County Humane Society. Once medically cleared the dogs will go up for adoption.
