2 Are Charged in Walton Burglary

2 people are apprehended in connection with a Walton burglary last week. According Delaware County Sheriff’s Office an investigation into the Cow Path Lane break-in resulted in the discovery of stolen items at a County Highway 21 building. The day after the burglary Robert Smith and Terriann Connolly, both of Walton were arraigned on a felony burglary charge and other counts. Both were released on their own recognizance pending a Town of Walton Court appearance.
