The Pride of New York

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New York state officials are promoting local food and drink as the holiday season nears.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is encouraging New Yorkers to use the state's Pride of New York website to search for made-in-New York products. The web site helps users search for local items including farm goods, bakery products and wines. The redesigned web site allows users to conduct searches for different products in different regions. There are more than 3,000 members of the "Pride of New York" program listed in the database.

"Pride of New York" is the state's branding program for the promotion of New York food, beverage and farm products.
