Look at What is Going on at Oneonta Muller Plaza!

Have you seen this yet?

The trees at Oneonta's Muller Plaza (downtown) are festooned with gaily colored hats, scarfs and mittens.  Why?  Well, if you look carefully at each one there is a little handwritten note saying:  "If you are cold and need to get warm, please take these items and use them."

I don't know who is behind this great idea but thanks!  What a great way to add some color to the plaza at the same time offering some warming comfort for anyone who needs a little help in these bitter wind chill days.
