Hartwick Named as “College of Distinction”

Hartwick College is one of just 375 colleges nationwide which are recognized by the Colleges of Distinction website and guidebook. The organization cited Hartwick’s High-Impact Educational Practices and specifically its nursing and business programs. In awarding the accolade the organization said Hartwick’s innovative engagement is preparing the next generation of young adults to thrive after college. Colleges of Distinction selects institutions that the organization feels are at the forefront of American higher education with a modern, student-centered approach to teaching.
