Delaware County Jail Inmate Arrested for Assaulting Fellow Prisoner

Sheriff’s investigators arrested 41-year-old Delaware County Correctional Facility inmate Kahlil Williams for an alleged assault that took place in the Delaware County Correctional Facility last week.

Williams is said to have struck another inmate in the face with his fists, causing injuries to that inmate that required medical treatment.

Williams was charged with one count of assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court and remanded to DCCF in lieu of $500 cash bail.
