Chenango County ‘Relay For Life’ Planning Early Kickoff to 2014 Event

Chenango County Relay For Life is planning an early kickoff to their 2014 event.

An informational meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 11 in the Community Room of Morrisville State College, Norwich.

An open house will be held 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm, with the informational meeting 6:00 pm until 6:30 pm.

The open house will provide an opportunity to meet the planning committee, pick up a team captain's packet, register for the survivor dinner, purchase Luminaria, and more.

The informational meeting will cover the 2014 event theme and share team fundraising ideas. Changes to this year's event process will also be reviewed.

The event is open to the public. Relay For Life is an opportunity for the community to help fund the American Cancer Society. This year's event will take place the weekend of July 18, 2014 at the Chenango County Fairgrounds in Norwich.
