Walton Teens Face Felony Arson Charges

Two teenagers face felony charges from an investigation into a deliberately-set fire in January at a Walton home. Police say the investigation found a 17-year-old girl intentionally damaged a vehicle and that juvenile along with another 17-year-old girl started a fire in the home’s garage. Both juveniles who are from Walton were charged with arson and criminal mischief and were issued tickets to appear in the Delaware County Court Youth Part on a later date.
