Voter Registration Deadline for Chenango County Republican Primary is Aug. 16

The Chenango County Board of Elections is reminding voters that the last day to register for the Sept. 10 Republican-only primary election is Aug. 16.

The primaries will be held in the town of Coventry, town of Guilford, town of Oxford, town of Smithville, and the city of Norwich in Wards 4 and 6.

Anyone who has moved within the county since the last election should contact the Board of Elections for a change of address. The board is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
