An inmate at the Otsego County jail will face more charges after giving a controlled substance to another inmate.

Natasha Finch, 18 of Unadilla, was given a smuggled in drug last month by a woman in jail on a probation violation. She later gave the drug to another inmate.

Finch was arraigned in Town of Middlefield Court on a felony charge of promoting contraband and felony criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was returned to the Otsego County jail where she is serving 3 consecutive six month sentences. If convicted she could face up to 9.5 years in prison.
