Truck and Car Accident in Morris; One Taken to Hospital

A tractor driver is injured when his vehicle collided with a car on Thursday in Morris. Police say it happened in the 2300 block of County Road 18 as the man was heading southbound on the westbound shoulder and turned left in front of the car whose driver was unable to avoid hitting the tractor. The man was taken to Chenango Memorial Hospital with injuries to his head and face while the car’s driver was not hurt.
