The Violence Intervention Program of Opportunities for Otsego holds its annual Take Back the Night March tomorrow at 6:30PM. It begins at the Milne Library on the SUNY Oneonta campus. After a short presentation, marchers will proceed through the City of Oneonta, making a brief stop at Hartwick College. The march will convene at Kim Muller Plaza for a candlelight vigil honoring victims of crime. Domino’s Pizza will be serving food after the vigil. The public is invited to attend this free event.
