Dozens of New York school districts have not submitted teacher evaluation plans, despite the risk of losing badly needed state aid.
The State Department of Education says about 615 out of about 700 total districts have submitted evaluation plans. So far, the education department has only approved 253 of those and provided feedback to more than 500.
