I love watching "Mad Men" on TV and I think it really depicts the ways of the world in the 1950s and 1960s perfectly.  Especially when it comes to women.  Women at home, in the work place and in the stores.  The advertising MEN of the era really had a bizarre view of the role of women in that long ago society...
