The Moon blocks more of the Sun over Poughkeepsie than almost anywhere else in the region during Wednesday's partial eclipse, peaking just before 2 p.m.

The Moon isn't just the destination anymore. For NASA, it's more like a practice run for something much farther away.

Outdoor enthusiasts have already experienced some incredible full moons in 2026. Personally, I loved the Pink Moon because it created such a magical and unforgettable scene. Soon, we can see the Blue Moon!

We can look forward to seeing Blue Moon, Strawberry Moon, Buck Moon and more this year. However, the next one I’m already excited about and wanted to share with you.
