A Chenango County man is facing charges after leading authorities on a three-county chase, dumping his motorcycle in a yard in Whitney Point and running away.

New York State Police are reporting a couple recent physical domestic incidents in the region that have resulted in felony charges.

State police arrested 49-year-old Penny A. Nober Monday on eight counts of forgery and one count of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or disabled person.
