According to a recent release from Gas Buddy, the prediction is for a yearly decline in the national average price of gas for the second year in a row.

In a positive start to the week, gas prices across New York continue to drop. However, some counties are still feeling the pain at the pump.

National Fuel, a provider of natural gas in Western New York says their customers might be paying over $1000 dollars this winter to heat their homes.
