Constitution Pipeline

Momentum seems to be in favor of the pipeline currently.

Now that the fracking controversy has been ended and opposition to the "Safe act" winding down slowly,  the issue of the Constitution Pipeline is now under fire. A grassroots citizens group,"Stop the Pipeline" has filed a new legal brief  which argues that Federal regulators jumped the gun when they issued a conditional approval for the pipeline before applications for environm

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has extended the public commenting period on the possible impacts of the proposed constitution pipeline to Nov. 9. Those on both sides of the issue say the debate over the project will probably continue for months.
