An Oneonta man has been accused of mail fraud for actions that occurred when he was in charge of a hospital healthcare network.

The new health center is being dedicated to former New York State Senator Jim Seward who helped to get the needed funds to establish this important facility that will provide free healthcare for all of its students - PK - 12 grade.

New York State is almost one month ahead of schedule with President Biden's May 1 deadline for states to enact universal eligibility.

These two new appointments will work together to ensure quality care, reduction in clinical variation, improved access and an optimal patient experience
