An investigation into a residence thought to be used to sell heroin resulted in a drug bust on Plymouth St. on Tuesday in Norwich. Two men were arrested. Travis Rivenburg, 33, of 21 Plymouth St., and Kajuan Bunn, 30, of Brooklyn, were both arrested on multiple charges after police allegedly found a quantity of packaged heroin. The two men were arrested without incident.

Police arrested a Martin P. Provo, of Oxford man, in connection with a drive-by shooting on Lyon Brook Rd. in the town of Oxford. An unnamed person was shot at in his vehicle, with bullets hitting the passenger side of the vehicle, according to an investigation by the Chenango County Sheriff's Office. State Police at Oneonta arrested Kathleen Duncan, 42 of Otego, Wednesday on a charge of felony assault.

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say they've charged six young men after fights broke out during a social event held by college students in Albany last weekend.

The Otsego County Sheriff's Office announced Monday that two Oneonta couples were arrested Saturday on felony drug charges following a month long narcotics investigation. Roy Young, 26, and Kristen Rudnitsky, 23, were arrested following a search of their second floor apartment. The Sheriff's Office says 17 grams of heroin, 51 grams of cocaine and 47 grams of marijuana were found in the apartment.

Delaware County District Attorney Investigators earlier this week arrested a Sara Wiley, 35 of Stamford, and charged her with one count of 3rd degree welfare fraud and seven counts of 1st degree offering a false instrument for filing.
