ARC Otsego, a non-profit agency based in Oneonta, NY which serves those in Otsego County with developmental disabilities, just received a $10,000 recreation grant from NYSARC Trust Services.
A trainee with the Arc Otsego’s Vocational Training Center in Oneonta has been named the 2013 William B. Joslin Outstanding Performance Award corecipient by New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc.
In Governor Andrew Cuomo’s 30-day amendment to the state’s budget, one of the proposals is a budget cut to the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
OPWDD, which includes Springbrook, Pathfinder Village and ARC Otsego are all volunteer providers.
