Sip N' Sail Tavern owner Adrian Origoni, 40, was charged with selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 after an operative by the New York State Police, city of Oneonta Police Department, and New York State Liquor Authority to curb underage drinking in the city. The agencies checked local bars in Oneonta and Stamford after several reports of underage drinking.
