Sidney Man Takes Plea Deal On Child Pornography Charges
A Sidney man takes a plea deal to federal child pornography charges. According to prosecutors Justin Crandall admitted to having made videos and images of his sexual exploitation of a young child between December of 2016 through February of 2017. Crandall faces a minimum sentence of 15 years and up to 30 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and a term of supervised release of at least 5 years and up to life on each of his three counts of conviction. Sentencing is scheduled for February 23.
