Sex Offender Faces Felony for Failing to Register Locally

A town of New Berlin registered sex offender is facing ten felony charges for not notifying authorities of internet accounts he had activated. Police say an investigation found that 33-year-old Robert West III had up to 25 internet accounts, including several social media accounts, internet dating accounts, and e-mail addresses. West is currently in jail on a probation violation and the ten felony charges for failure to notify were filed last Friday.
