Police Arrest Man for Speeding While Intoxicated in Hartwick

Troop C state police arrested a West Winfield man Tuesday for aggravated driving while intoxicated.

54-year-old Brent W. Winchester was arrested following a traffic stop for speeding on State Route 205 in Hartwick. Police believe that he was speeding while intoxicated.

Winchester was arraigned in the Town of Hartwick court and sent to the Otsego County jail on $3,000 cash bail.
