Otego Woman Allegedly Assaults Man with Hammer

State Police at Oneonta arrested Kathleen Duncan, 42 of Otego, Wednesday on a charge of felony assault.

Duncan was arrested following an incident on Marble Road in Oneonta. Police allege Duncan hit and kicked a subject and then struck him with a hammer.

Duncan was arraigned in Town of Oneonta Court and released pending her return to court Sept. 26.
