Oneonta Common Council Moves Towards City Administrator

The Oneonta City Council met again this week to look at changing the City Manager position to a City Administrator role. Monday’s meeting centered on job description revisions, residency requirements and supervisory duties. All changes need to be finalized in the city charter and the Council meets again next Monday to look at a first draft of those changes. The City Manager position has been vacant for 8 months.
