The Otsego County Health Department is warning those who were at Applebee’s in Oneonta between Nov. 5 and 9 they may have been exposed to the coronavirus. The department reports an Applebee’s worker tested positive for COVID-19 and is isolating at home. The restaurant closed Tuesday for a deep cleaning and sanitization. Anyone who went to the restaurant during those dates should monitor for COVID-19 symptoms through Nov. 23
