NYS Primary Moved; Tax Deadline Extended

Governor Andrew Cuomo moves the state’s presidential primary from April 28 to June 23 which is the date for the congressional and legislative primaries. Cuomo also extended the tax return filing deadline for individuals and businesses to July 15 which is the same date set by the federal government. As of Sunday there are nearly 59,000 confirmed coronavirus cases and 965 deaths including one in Otsego County.
