NYS Bans Smoking in At Home Child Care facilities

New York has now banned smoking at all day care centers at all times including at home-based day care providers. Prior to this new law smoking was banned only at times when the center was actively caring for children. All facilities required to be licensed or registered for child care services must comply with the revised smoking ban within 90 days.
