New Details Emerge in Hartwick Woman’s Death

New information is released in the death of a missing Hartwick woman. The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office says Roxanne Shipman-Hull was found in her car several hundred feet off the road in Plainfield and was likely there since about the time she went missing in late September. An autopsy is now completed but authorities haven’t released information on how Shipman-Hull died. According to investigators her death is not considered suspicious.
