According to Governor Cuomo's Office, movie theaters outside of New York City can now reopen at 25% capacity with up to 50 people per screen if they can meet the state's reopening guidelines. Moviegoers must be wearing masks at all times except when seated and eating or drinking. Assigned seating and social distancing will be required at all times. Theaters also are required to provide staffing to enforce the requirements and install enhanced air filtration as well as meeting air purification standards.

There's no word from the Oneonta Southside Mall Cinemas on reopening.
