Man Faces Felony Charge in Chenango County Theft

An investigation into a year-old theft at an Otselic business results in a suspect facing a felony charge. State Police say Dillion Clapp of Endicott broke into a garage on Old State Highway 26 and took a number of automotive parts. The investigation determined Clapp sold the stolen items to an Onondaga County scrap yard. He turned himself in last Tuesday and was released pending a September court appearance.
