Construction on the new Delaware County Behavioral Medicine building in Walton has been shut down due to two contractors working on the project testing positive for COVID 19. The two contractors and several of their co-workers have been quarantined. The shut down is expected to be brief and not expected to affect the timeline for completion of the building. The shutdown is in effect through the 15th.
