Literacy Volunteers Seek Community Member Involvement

The Otsego and Delaware County Literacy Volunteers are seeking community members to help in their mission to tutor adults in reading and other basic skills.   Because of COVID-19, the agency is currently only operating online.  Other services include book reading, writing, math and teaching English to non-native speakers.  With the primary office in Oneonta, the agency is also now serving the reading needs of Chenango County with a location at The Place in Norwich, N.Y.
